How do I track a workout?
Simply tap the "+" button to start a new workout, select your exercises, and log your sets. The app will save your progress automatically.
Can I track my personal records?
Yes! The app automatically tracks your PRs for each exercise and highlights when you hit a new personal record during your workout.
Is my data synced across devices?
Your workout data is stored locally on your device. Cloud sync features are coming in a future update.
How do I add custom exercises?
Navigate to the exercise library and tap "Add Custom Exercise". Enter the exercise name and select the muscle group to create your custom exercise.
